Dubai Chocolate Cookie Box of 3

We are just obsessed with the dubai chocolate so we decided to make our own version Cookielossal style.  Using classic Dairy Milk chocolate chunks with a pistachio cream and kataifi surprise in the middle, and of course half coated with even more chocolate and chopped pistachios for an extra crunch.
